We’re looking for a creative Web Designer who enjoys variety, collaboration, and building fully custom websites. This is a design-heavy role with real client interaction, not a behind-the-scenes production position.

This is a full-time role based in Muncie, Indiana. Candidates must be willing to work in-office for the first 6 months, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule afterward.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design custom, responsive website layouts
  • Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups
  • Present designs to clients and gather feedback
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute ideas
  • Design email templates and website graphics
  • Edit and optimize images for web use
  • Assist with website updates and maintenance requests
  • Collaborate with developers on implementation
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines

Requirements

  • 3+ years of web design experience OR Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, web design, or related field
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
  • Experience designing responsive websites
  • At least 1 year of WordPress experience preferred
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with clients
  • Portfolio of relevant work
  • Must be able to work on your own and with the team
  • SEO knowledge and Accessibility (WCAG) awareness is a plus but not required
