Erskine Green Training Institute (EGTI) is a postsecondary vocational training program founded by The Arc of Indiana. EGTI exists to provide training in hospitality, food service, healthcare, and inventory distribution services to those whose academic, social, communication, and adaptive skills are affected due to a disability.

EGTI has been with Red Elephant since their beginning in 2015. Red Elephant began updating the EGTI site in late 2024 in order to continue the websites success. The updated website features a clean, sleek design, a refined site map focused on calling out their online application, and an improved calendar feature.

Key Features

  • Refresh Site Design
One of the primary goals behind the EGTI site update was to refresh the design. Red Elephant did this by designing the EGTI site to look like an education-based site. The design focused on calling out the user-friendly application as well as showcasing the student testimonials and success stories.
  • Updated Site Map and Page Structure
In order to showcase the continual growth and success of EGTI, their site map needed to be updated. This update includes pages for the staff listings, as well as a page for each program offered by EGTI.  The page structure for the EGTI was also updated to draw attention to the new Indianapolis location, as well as call out the user-friendly online application.
  • Calendar Feature
To keep you updated on the events offered by EGTI, there is now a simple and accessible calendar feature. Not only is the calendar intuitively designed, but it also offers the ability to share the events on social media and add the events to your own personal calendar.
